該系列工件預熱(re)(re)保溫(wen)爐(lu)(lu)外框架(jia)均(jun)(jun)采(cai)用型鋼和(he)(he)鋼板制造。爐(lu)(lu)內(nei)膽材(cai)質均(jun)(jun)為耐熱(re)(re)不銹鋼板制造（特殊要求采(cai)用鑄鋁內(nei)膽），外覆(fu)板與(yu)爐(lu)(lu)膽之間填優質硅酸鋁棉隔熱(re)(re)保溫(wen)，箱式和(he)(he)臥式爐(lu)(lu)根據要求配有熱(re)(re)風(feng)循環風(feng)機，通過(guo)風(feng)機將電熱(re)(re)管產生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)量均(jun)(jun)勻吹送到爐(lu)(lu)膛內(nei)的被加熱(re)(re)工件上對(dui)工件進(jin)行加熱(re)(re)，使爐(lu)(lu)膛內(nei)形成一(yi)個溫(wen)度均(jun)(jun)勻的熱(re)(re)循環系統。 特殊要(yao)求可(ke)代為設(she)計制造。 系列工件(jian)(jian)預熱保(bao)溫(wen)爐廣(guang)泛適用于滌綸、錦(jin)綸、丙(bing)綸等(deng)化(hua)纖行業的(de)(de)各種紡絲工件(jian)(jian)、過濾器及(ji)熱熔性塑料擠出成型(xing)設備上(shang)的(de)(de)模頭(tou)、機件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)預熱保(bao)溫(wen)，也(ye)適用于科(ke)研單位和(he)實驗室的(de)(de)干燥、烘焙、熱處理之(zhi)用。該設備具(ju)有升溫(wen)速度(du)快(kuai)、溫(wen)度(du)均勻性好，控溫(wen)精度(du)高，操作方便(bian)等(deng)優點。
The stove is widely used for the warm-up and heat-presevation of spinneret, filter, die head and work of the plastic extrusion machine. It also adapted to the laboratory drying, baking and heat treatment. The stove has many outstanding featuree: instant warm-up, precise temperature control, convenient operation etc. The outline border is made of profiled bar and armor plate, and the inside is made of refractory armor plate(casting aluminium for sepical demand). High quality silicic acid aluminium cotton has been filled between the outer shell and workroom for heat preservation. The box-style stove and horizontal stove have a hot-air circle fan.
