該系列工(gong)件預熱(re)保(bao)溫爐外框架均(jun)采用型(xing)鋼(gang)和鋼(gang)板(ban)制造(zao)。爐內(nei)膽材質均(jun)為耐熱(re)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)板(ban)制造(zao)（特殊要求(qiu)采用鑄鋁(lv)內(nei)膽），外覆板(ban)與爐膽之(zhi)間填優質硅酸鋁(lv)棉隔熱(re)保(bao)溫，箱式(shi)(shi)和臥式(shi)(shi)爐根據要求(qiu)配有熱(re)風循(xun)環風機(ji)，通過(guo)風機(ji)將電熱(re)管產生(sheng)的(de)熱(re)量均(jun)勻吹(chui)送到爐膛內(nei)的(de)被加熱(re)工(gong)件上對(dui)工(gong)件進行加熱(re)，使爐膛內(nei)形成一個溫度均(jun)勻的(de)熱(re)循(xun)環系統。 特殊(shu)要求可代為設(she)計制(zhi)造。 系(xi)列工件(jian)預(yu)熱(re)保溫(wen)爐廣(guang)泛適用于滌(di)綸、錦綸、丙(bing)綸等化纖行業的(de)各種紡絲(si)工件(jian)、過濾器及熱(re)熔性(xing)塑料擠出成型設(she)備上的(de)模頭(tou)、機件(jian)的(de)預(yu)熱(re)保溫(wen)，也適用于科研單位和(he)實驗室(shi)的(de)干(gan)燥(zao)、烘(hong)焙、熱(re)處理之用。該設(she)備具有升溫(wen)速度快、溫(wen)度均勻性(xing)好，控溫(wen)精度高，操作(zuo)方便(bian)等優點。
The stove is widely used for the warm-up and heat-presevation of spinneret, filter, die head and work of the plastic extrusion machine. It also adapted to the laboratory drying, baking and heat treatment. The stove has many outstanding featuree: instant warm-up, precise temperature control, convenient operation etc. The outline border is made of profiled bar and armor plate, and the inside is made of refractory armor plate(casting aluminium for sepical demand). High quality silicic acid aluminium cotton has been filled between the outer shell and workroom for heat preservation. The box-style stove and horizontal stove have a hot-air circle fan.
