該系(xi)列(lie)工(gong)件預熱(re)保溫(wen)(wen)爐外框架均采用(yong)型鋼(gang)和鋼(gang)板(ban)制造。爐內(nei)膽(dan)材質(zhi)均為(wei)耐熱(re)不銹鋼(gang)板(ban)制造（特(te)殊要(yao)求(qiu)采用(yong)鑄鋁(lv)內(nei)膽(dan)），外覆板(ban)與爐膽(dan)之(zhi)間(jian)填優質(zhi)硅酸鋁(lv)棉隔熱(re)保溫(wen)(wen)，箱式(shi)和臥式(shi)爐根(gen)據要(yao)求(qiu)配有熱(re)風(feng)循環(huan)風(feng)機，通過風(feng)機將電熱(re)管(guan)產(chan)生的熱(re)量均勻吹送到爐膛內(nei)的被加熱(re)工(gong)件上對工(gong)件進行加熱(re)，使爐膛內(nei)形(xing)成一個溫(wen)(wen)度均勻的熱(re)循環(huan)系(xi)統。 特殊要求可代為設(she)計制(zhi)造。 系列工件(jian)預熱保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)爐廣泛適用于滌綸、錦綸、丙(bing)綸等(deng)化(hua)纖行業的(de)各(ge)種紡絲(si)工件(jian)、過濾器及熱熔性塑料擠出成型(xing)設備上(shang)的(de)模頭、機件(jian)的(de)預熱保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)，也適用于科(ke)研單(dan)位和(he)實驗室的(de)干燥、烘焙、熱處理(li)之(zhi)用。該(gai)設備具有升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)速度(du)快、溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)均(jun)勻性好(hao)，控溫(wen)(wen)(wen)精度(du)高，操作方便等(deng)優點。
The stove is widely used for the warm-up and heat-presevation of spinneret, filter, die head and work of the plastic extrusion machine. It also adapted to the laboratory drying, baking and heat treatment. The stove has many outstanding featuree: instant warm-up, precise temperature control, convenient operation etc. The outline border is made of profiled bar and armor plate, and the inside is made of refractory armor plate(casting aluminium for sepical demand). High quality silicic acid aluminium cotton has been filled between the outer shell and workroom for heat preservation. The box-style stove and horizontal stove have a hot-air circle fan.
