該系列工(gong)件預熱(re)(re)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)爐(lu)外框(kuang)架均(jun)(jun)采用型鋼和(he)鋼板制造。爐(lu)內(nei)(nei)膽(dan)材質均(jun)(jun)為耐熱(re)(re)不銹鋼板制造（特殊要求采用鑄鋁(lv)內(nei)(nei)膽(dan)），外覆板與爐(lu)膽(dan)之間填(tian)優質硅酸鋁(lv)棉隔熱(re)(re)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)，箱(xiang)式和(he)臥式爐(lu)根(gen)據(ju)要求配有(you)熱(re)(re)風循環風機(ji)，通過風機(ji)將電熱(re)(re)管(guan)產生的熱(re)(re)量均(jun)(jun)勻吹送到(dao)爐(lu)膛內(nei)(nei)的被加(jia)熱(re)(re)工(gong)件上對工(gong)件進行(xing)加(jia)熱(re)(re)，使爐(lu)膛內(nei)(nei)形成一個溫(wen)度均(jun)(jun)勻的熱(re)(re)循環系統。 特殊要求可代為(wei)設計(ji)制造(zao)。 系列工(gong)件(jian)預熱保(bao)(bao)溫爐廣泛適(shi)用于滌綸、錦綸、丙綸等化纖行業的(de)各種(zhong)紡絲(si)工(gong)件(jian)、過濾器及熱熔性塑料擠出成型(xing)設(she)備上(shang)的(de)模頭、機件(jian)的(de)預熱保(bao)(bao)溫，也適(shi)用于科研單位和(he)實驗室(shi)的(de)干燥(zao)、烘(hong)焙、熱處理之用。該設(she)備具有升溫速(su)度快、溫度均勻性好(hao)，控溫精度高，操作方便(bian)等優點(dian)。
The stove is widely used for the warm-up and heat-presevation of spinneret, filter, die head and work of the plastic extrusion machine. It also adapted to the laboratory drying, baking and heat treatment. The stove has many outstanding featuree: instant warm-up, precise temperature control, convenient operation etc. The outline border is made of profiled bar and armor plate, and the inside is made of refractory armor plate(casting aluminium for sepical demand). High quality silicic acid aluminium cotton has been filled between the outer shell and workroom for heat preservation. The box-style stove and horizontal stove have a hot-air circle fan.
